Janice Kay Boyer, Executive Director
With 16 years experience in the educational field Janice understands the learning process. Janice knows how to create a nurturing environment that encourages her students to increase their self- confidence, be committed to their personal advancement and to have a proactive approach toward their continual education. Janice also has several years experience in the dental field and an unparallel knowledge of dental insurance coding and billing.

Tina Cherie Yu, Executive Director
As the CEO of Triumph Dental Consulting, Tina helps dentists throughout Utah to overcome obstacles and reach new levels of success. Tina's dental background consists of Hygiene Assisting, Dental Assisting, Recall Specialist, Patient Coordinator, Accounts Manager, Office Manager and Practice Administrator. Tina has extensive knowledge of the operation of dental practices and knows how to make dental team members irreplaceable.

Robert Owen Boyer DDS, MAGD, Director
Dr. Boyer the owner of Mountain View Dental Care has been in practice for over 32 years. His practice is well known among the community and has been a leader in providing the highest standard of care. Dr. Boyer has been a life-long student and has devoted his time and expertise in advanced professional courses to ensure that he maintains the most modern dental skills and knowledge. Dr. Boyer knows the difference a qualified Dental Administrator and Dental Assistant can make in a dental practice.

James Yu BS Business Management, Director
Graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management, James has an unexcelled knowledge of successful business operations. Not only does James play a critical role in the victorious operations of the Academy of Dental Careers he actively assists in ensuring our students are professionally prepared to obtain the positions they desire.
