New team members will develop critical skills and enhance their knowledge base to optimize their success. Experienced in-office team members bolster their current knowledge, hone key skills, and develop leadership qualities to grow in your dental practice.

If you do not already have a hiring process, Dental Career Academy is not a good solution for your dental practice. Once you have a solid hiring process, our courses can help further support your practice.

No, not at this time. Dental Career Academy is not designed to be a substitute for onboarding and training. Your dental practice must have an established onboarding and training process to implement DCA courses effectively.

Unfortunately, Dental Career Academy is not designed to be a substitute for an in-office trainer or for in-office training. Dental practices must have an in-office trainer to implement DCA courses effectively.

Each course is designed with one (1) person in mind. 30 days after purchasing the course, there is an automatic $99 per month subscription for continued access and support.

To have additional team members take advantage of these courses, it is an additional $99 per month per team member. There will be a link in your purchase confirmation email where you can add your team members for this special pricing.
